What the MyPADI dashboard on dev cannot finish without an answer or a data change from PADI. Each item records what the page shows today, what we need, and its status.

Enrolled courses

The Courses module cannot show real progress because no PADI service reports it.

Courses module on dev: three enrolled courses, each with the same three fixed steps

Step status on each enrolled courseEvery course card shows the same three steps, eLearning, In-water Training, Certification, with fixed text. "Enrolled" is worked out from purchase codes with status Assigned plus the product catalogue; completion is inferred from the certifications the diver holds. No tick marks can be driven from data.An API, or fields on an existing one, that report per course which step is in progress and which are complete. The learning platform's course-details call returns only "In progress" or "Complete" for the eLearning part and nothing for in-water training or card issue.Open

Journey module: Build your skills, Keep Diving, Teach Diving

The three course bands render from the Drupal course catalogue, 65 courses on dev, filtered today only by minimum age and current enrolment.

Category label on the card imageCards show image and title only. The design carries a label on the image (for example Specialty, Pro course), but no Drupal field feeds it and PADI confirmed earlier that the design's labels were placeholders.Confirm whether the label is required for November. If yes, the rule or source for each course: "Specialty" can come from the certification group; "Pro course" has no confirmed rule.Open
Missing products in CommerceTools30 of the 131 courses in PADI's product sheet have no product in CommerceTools, mostly Instructor Trainer levels, applications such as DSD Leader and Snorkel Guide, Discover Snorkeling, Semiclosed Rebreather Diver and Distinctive Specialty. They cannot carry a SKU, image or product link.Add the products, or confirm which are out of scope for the dashboard.Open
Package IDs and SKUs in the sheetWe filled the CommerceTools SKU for 101 rows and the eLearning package ID for 37 rows from the pre-prod export; 94 rows have no package ID and 30 have no SKU. The frontend matches enrolment by package ID, so a course without one can never be hidden as "already enrolled".Validate the filled values and supply the missing package IDs and SKUs, or confirm the course has no eLearning product.Open
Products with several certification levels16 products award more than one certification, for example Open Water's package awards Junior Scuba Diver, Scuba Diver, Junior Open Water and Open Water. Dev applies no certification-based hiding yet; our proposed rule is to hide the course once the diver holds any certification on its list.Confirm the rule: hide on any certification from the list, or only on the terminal one, and if the latter, name the terminal certification for each of the 16 products.Open
Repeatable coursesSome courses can be taken again after completion, for example Discover Scuba Diving, ReActivate, and the Emergency First Response courses that expire after two years. Dev has no re-offer logic: once certification-based hiding is on, a completed course would disappear for good.If in scope for November: the list of repeatable courses and, for each, the condition to show it again (always, after expiry, after a number of years).Open

Offers

Dev shows the two published offers stacked, each targeted at a journey stage.

PADI Club

The club card shows Status Active but Auto-renewal and Renewal date as a dash.

ItemOn dev todayNeeded from PADIStatus
Auto-renewal and renewal dateThe frontend reads the club subscription call with the diver's token and displays autoRenew and renewalDate when present. On non-prod the response carries only the status, so both fields show as a dash.A decision between two options.

Option A: a non-prod piccolo offer or recommendation host that returns customerStatus with entitlementEndDate and nextRenewalDate for the test divers, plus confirmation that the frontend may call it directly, since it is keyed by the user id alone with no token.

Option B: the club subscription call returns renewalDate and autoRenew on non-prod, so the frontend avoids the piccolo dependency.

Certification detail page

Example: web-dev.padi.com/in/en/my-padi/certifications/search-recovery-20120u3119

ItemOn dev todayNeeded from PADIStatus
LimitationsThe detail page has a place for the certification's limitations, but the certification API returns name, date, group, instructor and attribute codes only; no limitation text or values come back, so the section cannot be filled. The field or service that carries limitations per certification (for example depth and supervision limits for junior and entry-level certifications), or confirmation that the text is static per certification type and can be authored in Drupal.Open
